Our realistic construction time estimates are based on our long experience, and include allowances for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather.

Locally owned and operated

Unlike some builders in the Port Macquarie Hastings, Taree, Great Lakes and Gloucester regions, Sorensen and Caldon is locally owned and based. We use the best local tradespeople and suppliers whenever possible.

Fair fixture pricing

We don't follow the widespread industry practice of adding a profit margin to the wholesale price of selectable fixtures. You pay only what we pay for kitchen and bathroom fittings, lights, heating and air-conditioning equipment, floor coverings, etc.
